The Rippel Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Lydia Nadeau as Vice Chair of its Board of Trustees. In her new role, Nadeau will work closely with Board Chair Edward Ahart and fellow trustees to advance Rippel’s strategic vision for equitable health and well-being.
A Rippel Trustee since 2021, Nadeau brings a wealth of experience and insights in health care, strategic planning, and community relations to her new position. She started her career as a registered professional nurse and rose to leadership roles. Currently, she serves as Executive Director of the Oncology Service Line at Atlantic Health System where she has been instrumental in the opening, expansion, and success of several cancer centers in New Jersey. Nadeau’s leadership led to her appointment as a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives.
Nadeau’s community impact is also far-reaching, aligning with Rippel’s belief in the power of shared stewardship. She is the liaison between Atlantic Health System and several community organizations, including Susan G. Komen, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Cancer Hope Network, and the current Vice Chair of the NJ Northwest Regional Board of the American Cancer Society. In recognition of her outstanding volunteerism in philanthropy, Nadeau received the Augusta Stone Award from the Morristown Memorial Health Foundation. Learn more about her here.
