Building a Movement to Advance Equitable Health and Well-Being for All

Through partnerships with dedicated stewards across the country, we’re moving toward an ambitious goal: A future where everyone thrives—no exceptions.

Creating equitable systems for health and well-being requires the participation of a diverse group of individuals and organizations. We work with thousands of these changemakers (called stewards) in communities across the country.

The vital conditions for health and well-being are the essential elements that must be present in a community for all of its members to thrive. We work with stewards to strengthen and expand the vital conditions throughout their communities.

Our health and well-being rely on systems that are not built for everyone to thrive. We work with stewards to transform these systems so that everyone can experience the vital conditions that support equitable health and well-being.

Thriving communities require stewards who are dedicated to working toward a common vision. We offer resources, tools, frameworks, and support that stewards need to create a better future where everyone thrives.

“The greatest result of our work with Rippel’s ReThink Health team is a growing network of more than 40 community and systems leaders serving as a model of shared stewardship and behavioral health and wellness transformation. We are breaking from business-as-usual to re-imagine our health system so that solutions are co-designed with the community we serve.”

Lauren Zuchman, Executive Director
BeWellPBC, Palm Beach County, Florida

“Our partnership with ReThink Health at Rippel has had a tremendous impact on the work of my organization. The Vital Conditions framework is an incredible tool for building a movement for equity and well-being in Delaware, even being adopted by the Delaware Division of Public Health for its State Health Assessment and Improvement Plan process.”

Kate Dupont Phillips, Executive Director
Healthy Communities Delaware

“My board of directors would affirm that working with The Rippel Foundation’s ReThink Health initiative was one of the most transformational and vital events in our 40+ year organizational history.”

Wade Norwood, CEO
Common Ground Health, Rochester, NY
