Her work includes driving strategic objectives, cultivating a vibrant workplace culture, and optimizing operational efficiency to advance the Rippel’s goals. 

Previously at The Beacon Fund, Alex led strategic initiatives and played a key role in enhancing team inclusivity and cohesion. Her expertise in organizational strategy is underpinned by a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). 

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Sewanee: The University of the South. In her free time, Alex enjoys exploring new restaurants and hiking with her dog, Sol.
