Dr. Gupta is the President of the Power for Good Foundation, whose purpose is to amplify the voices and vision of Power employees to realize positive change in their communities. She also serves as the inaugural Vice President of Community Impact at Power Home Remodeling.

Previously, Dr. Gupta served as the first leader of social responsibility and ESG for McKinsey & Company, where she was responsible for defining and driving its environmental and social responsibility strategies. She also re-envisioned and launched McKinsey.org, a philanthropic initiative that brings organizational tools and capability building programs to help strengthen nonprofit talent in order to amplify their impact.

In a past role, as a member of the Rippel leadership team, Dr. Gupta helped to shape organizational strategy for ReThink Health and established Rippel’s communications function. She also held roles at Johnson & Johnson, where she oversaw large grantmaking portfolios in global health. She has served on the boards of SEED Global Health and Funders Concerned About AIDS. She holds an B.A. degree in English and American Literature from Brown University and an M.D. from the Yale University School of Medicine.
