Sabine Monice is the Associate Director of Learning and Impact at Rippel. Her work includes scaling and overseeing project evaluation efforts and playing a lead role in the development and implementation of an innovative enterprise-wide measurement and evaluation strategy. Sabine has a strong interest in tailoring new approaches to uncovering impacts and insights—especially those focused on equitable evaluation, participatory research, and action learning.  

Sabine is an experienced public health professional with nearly a decade of experience in program evaluation and research who has worked in non-profit and educational settings throughout California and the South. Sabine strives to consistently incorporate strategies associated with culturally responsive and equitable evaluation in her day-to-day work. She has managed community-based mixed-methods projects and is skilled at creating and establishing study protocols for focus groups and interviews and training community researchers. She uses her facilitation skills to cultivate rich relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders.  

Sabine holds a Master of Public Health degree from Loma Linda University. When not at work, Sabine enjoys trying new restaurants and experiencing live music with her friends.
